Shipping destinations
We deliver to the United States, Canada, all 27 European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.
Shipping charges
Orders of US$33.62 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below US$33.62 have a US$7.73 shipping charge.
Dispatch and delivery
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1 business day.
Estimated shipping time after dispatch
- United States: 3–5 business days.
- Other countries we deliver to: around 3–5 days.

Tracking and support
Use your shipment tracking number at 17TRACK. For assistance, contact support@annaselection.com and include your order number. Customer care is available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST.
Address changes and delivery issues
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If a change is needed, contact support@annaselection.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but missing, contact us with the order number, tracking number and any relevant photos so we can investigate with the carrier.
Duties and taxes
Any taxes or duties collected by ANNASELECTION are displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient, depending on the destination.
